WRUP All DPS Players Are Sharks Edition

It's the right time to share a truth many MMO players aren't aware of The truth is that all DPS players can be considered sharks. You may be wondering why so many DPS are glued to the mantra "GOGOGO" because slowed down for even an instant means they'll be dead. They have to keep swimming and killing. This is the kind of thing MMOs do to the sharks. You don't need to ask how a shark can play or type. The rogue who doesn't wait for the healer, tank or any other DPS can't help but do what he does. He's a shark.

One of the Massively staff members could be a shark, but I'm unable to confirm or claim it. Maybe he or she will announce his or her status in this week's WRUP. Perhaps it's just our usual roundup on our plans for the weekend. You'll never know until you read further, although you should let us know what you're up to in the comments section either way.

@Beau_Hindman - I am definitely playing more State of Decay. It's a fantastic single-player game and easily one of my top games. For MMORPGs I'm testing the limits of Minecraft's MMO-ness, I'll be enjoying the latest patch for DC Universe Online, and I'll also be experiencing some action in Neverwinter which I think is one of the most stunning and -sounding MMOs out there right now.

@nbrianna It's going to be enjoyable!

@Eliot_Lefebvre: World of Warcraft is currently occupying my side game slot, and although there are a lot of aspects that I'm still not thrilled with, I am enjoying myself. Beyond that, I've got more Final Fantasy XIV questing and endgame shenanigans that I want to take part in which is why that will be my primary focus.

@Sypster I don't have any grand plans for the weekend. I'm currently in the countdown mode for Lord of the Rings Online Helm's Deep. I'm likely to play more scenarios in The Secret World, and perhaps even play some of the World of Warcraft stuff the youngsters are raving about these days.

@mvmatt: I have a weekend plan that includes schoolwork, soup and, if lucky, some video games. I'll be dipping into Warhammer Online to remind myself why I stopped playing it (and reflect on the amazing things that almost made me stay) before the servers go down in the coming month. Apart from that I'd like to return to Guild Wars 2 or The Secret World. I've been ignoring them for a while. Maybe, just maybe I can stop some fools on Battlefield 4.

@MikedotFoster - This weekend, I'm going to check out the Three Spirits Dota 2 Update. I'll also be back in World of Warcraft, as the Warlords of Draenor announcement has made me all excited again.

@MJ_Guthrie - I plan to concentrate most my gaming time (and there will be some, illness be damned!) trying to get more done in the war on Filth in The Secret World. I would like to have the pet and the bee suit so strongly that I don't even know how to collect enough tokens. But I'll try! Did I mention I am stubborn? When I'm not working, I'll be playing few scenarios and trying out new builds. I will also be trying out different races to become my new Channeler in EverQuest II. I've narrowed it down to Ratonga and Kerra. After that, it'll take me only 30 hours to personalize the appearance.  PREMIUM E The name is only the beginning.

@RichieProcopio: This weekend I'll be intoxicated and hallucinating. I'm not attending a frat party. I'll be going to the Tower of Nightmares in Guild Wars 2 to see what Scarlet and her new serpentine friends have been up to in Kessex Hills. Oh and Hearthstone!

Every weekend, we get together with Massively staff members to ask them "What are your most loved games?" (Otherwise known as: WRUP!) Join us to see our game-related activities. You can also find us in the comments section and share your gaming experiences with us.
